Because want to find some information about multimedia, recently have spent lot of time on the Internet, no need to say of course there are so many things provided, I used to go to the library when I need some reference, but now seems never go there for years.
Since I got internet, almost the book also stop read, every thing wanna ask the first method comes to my mind is internet, this almost have already become of habit, and slowly the internet already become part of my life indispensable.
Recall these years never have any kind things can make so big changes like internet, in so short time and so fast speed impact the people's life.


The internet has become the bridge of communication between people, becoming the path of the people know the world. Now majority the students play the Internet in big part of free time. Use Internet to chat and play games, have become the teenager’s hottest activity.

The naissance of the internet really brought many conveniences for the study. At past, check the information is always bit bother. But now, use internet need only to input a few key words search on the web, a click on the mouse lightly, whole world information will appeal quickly.
The internet is like a miraculous voodoo provides the treasure and happiness, but also the bad side concealed behind.
The teenager via internet acquire knowledge, open the mind and creativity, the ability gets to build up, so the internet is really play the good side sometimes..

However, the real life is not allowing us full of optimism for it. The on-line information is huge miscellaneous and diverse, it contents of many bad things like porn which not suitable for teenager.
The negative influence to teenager seems to be more.
An investigation shows while asked the purpose of getting on to the Internet, there are 47.9% children chose the chat. Statistics says the time students use of the Internet in chat, Play games, and see the ill-health contents, far more then use on-line study. The parents and teachers are got worry so much about this. It needs our whole society concerned about this.
Some teenagers for raising money for Internet pub, the teenager stealing and robbing cases always happened. Finally they may be go to the way of criminal.
Our society lacks the perfect control system so far, the internet at this moment is filled up with the violence game and bad information and it always out of control, so the bad influence of internet to teenager never be neglect

What the advertising doing

The modern people cannot do with out the advertisement, just like we are produce rubbish every day, regardless of is the shopping, having simple MacDonald. We all in unceasing manufacture trash, this trash are first comes from the packaging. Usually people are all have this innate.
Not sure what is the reason, they like buying the product with packaging attractively, shopping at luxurious store, this has received the advertisement influence, or just human's natural?
Not sure the big guy in AD how do they think of this? But continually the advertising still going up the way of push people pay money become smarter.


After analyzing the human's natural character in fact you would apprized , this is a kind of vicious cycle actually, The designer understood the common of people exactly the study design Psychology, after work out the concept of design, at the initial stage that design is a kind of aggressive factor, promoting industry developing. guiding to consume, but along with industrialization of continuously getting profound, a great deal of product floods the market, supply exceeds the demand, the advertising became to lure the people's consumption in fact,
For the company make AD as long as is a purpose that attains the product sale.



But the all things have the limit, sometimes new thing will come when the old things disappear. Sometime the terminal points actually maybe the new start points. The masters in the AD believe it deeply, in the discovering the potential ability of human they are never let the brine take rest. just like the Japanese work style, one after one die to karoshi( the death from the work) almost in each of field

Information architecture

What is the information Architecture?
Few days before I surfer on the internet read a article found a new thing the “Information Architecture”
Actually the information architecture is a new title to the interface design now.
In abroad this title has become very popular, why use this title to be describing the interface design?
The interface design as we know not only does the beautiful graphic design work, but the person who has the psychology, and software engineering knowledge, he is the multi skilled, and the comprehensive knowledge person.
Interface design in the psychology, the interface design can be dividing into two layers of felling (sense of vision, touch, sense of hearing...etc.) and emotion.
The user interface design is the importance part of the visual product.
It is a complicated design job; it has lot of different knowledge participate.
The three greatest principles of the user interface design are: interface must under the user control; reduce the memory burden of the user, Keep the consistency of the interface design.

The interface design in the work flow can divide into 3 parts, so call structure design; conceptual design; interactive design.
So just the graphic design knowledge not enough for interface design in IT. Like a architecture not just know how to draw the nice building on the paper, he also have to know the material knowledge etc...
This is not easy to understand thing. But having bit basic knowledge about this will good for us.
What is the soul of interface design? To me, is simply and comfortable, you have to make user comfortable in visual and in use, the Interface you designed must clear and easy to make people know where can find what they want, clear understand what it is.

The history of flash develop

I remember the first time I use flash is flash 5, after macromedia company has develop the software continuously until now the last vision flash cs3, so the flash already has 12 different vision so far. The first one is FutureSplash Animator from the day launched to the market just about 10years ago. Think about it the knowledge getting improved how fast? Is it terrible?
Today I want to introducing the history about flash, from the first one FutureSplash Animator to the last one flash cs3.
The information of course I searched from the Internet, to the multimedia students I think these are all the basic knowledge who should be know.

Perseverance as a habit

I have heard an education expert said: The factor of ability of study to personal mainly has three points, firstly is talent in other way perhaps it can be described as intelligence quotient, second is the condition of study environment, and third is the habit.
He said that nowadays, the interpersonal intelligence is not so different, the one’s study condition also no big different, the key point is having the good habit.
What kind habit I have it good or bad I am not sure, but every day just less then 4hours to sleep whatever it is not a good habit at all.
To be very frank, I think myself according to the current environment is so bad for studying, I am going to challenge myself perseverance and also challenge the system limit of my body.
I just can not distinguish it is day time or night time when I straggling for my project, time after time after all day arduous physical work I am all in . Even the brain rarely has the clear time, and also difficult to thinking something.
I am slow to learn but never give up.
This is so called the good habit of mine which is perseverance.

who can be the good designer

In recent years, have the dream become a designer is specially very popular, there are many people crowd here learn design, do the design, the designer everywhere, and also many design school emerged, but what the designer exactly doing, have how many person can real called up as designer?

if the fashionable modern people has potential be a great designer?
If the people who has lot of brains can be designer?
If the people who must from good institution will be a good designer?
Let’s take a short sight see how the William Bernbach saying.

Individual element, enable the product to have its unique style and the vitality.

Each design elements comes from personally experience and constantly observe.

Internet and our daily life

In year 1999I purchased the first computer, since that i started use internet till now,almost i can say i can not living with out internet, This computer i use over 7 years but still work ok,it really help me lot.
Not just for me acctually for most people Internet is already become very important for our life. We can know the latest news on internet, search useful information, contact with others whoever we know or not. Internet is very fast and convenient and has involved to our daily life. Touch the mouse softly. We can book tickets, buy anything we want, transfer our money quickly through the internet, think of this the time we have saved, its really great. and so on, It saves our money.

internet does so many good for us, can you imagein how our life will be without internet. We rely on internet. Internet is playing an increasingly important role in our life. And the internet is changing our life.
In the past, if we want to contact with friend in another city. We have to write a letter, and will have to wait for sometime, or make some telephone calls. In any case, the traditional way

the traditional way is longer one. By internet, we can chat on internet, or send an E-mail via internet. And we can create our own homepage. How easy it is! And it cost now cheaper then every befor by the technology increasing very fast.

The influence of logo name from cultural and region difference

Regarding to the logo with meaning, in the different region cultural background, its meaning sometimes can have differently, this then is the region culture difference.
For example If the logo is called "the blue sky (BLUE SKY) toothpaste", is not welcome in US. Because of in US, "the blue sky" this name contains meaning of the enterprise bond cannot profit. Other example: a company importing clock from China to England, the clock name is once called "the goat" that is alarm clock, but never obtain English people’s favors, refused by England market,
its reason by not because quality, but was the logo name improper, In England, "the goat" had meaning of "Lovelace" or "play boy", for example a lady shout to some bad guy: Let go, you randy old goat!
Therefore, the commodity exportation enterprise, when design logo name, certainly must study it and translates to local language to see whether suitable, check if got any no good meaning, in order to avoid outsmarts oneself, creates the heavy loss to the enterprise.
For instance the Japanese abstains from the lotus, if uses the word "the lotus" to make the trademark name, then inevitably causes Japanese's repugnance, its product also could be treated coldly.
Besides attention to logo name its meaning, but also must pay attention to its pronunciation, avoid the word has same or approximate pronunciation with the meaning of bad word , this point in the trademark name design also is extremely important. General talk about multimedia flash and director

Ok! This is my third time rewrite this Blog. today I am started the first Blog of this third time , the dad-blamed Blog make me crazy, Every day the long time physical labor, my brain refuse to continue work , I also have other 3 modules have to catch up with, God knows what will happen. I just continue , no way to quit.
This is about flash and director Blog, any thing I will write into my blog if I think it is useful for graphic design students or multimedia students.
Unfortunately I have known multimedia not very much, also can not have the professional talk, excuse me, I had love it so much, but now it become the big burden for me.
I have known the flash long time ago, but just only learned a little bit. Although I really like it, but I have to stop continue study it anyhow I have no time, so my knowledge about flash is very superficial.
So the director is very first time to use for me, what I was found more interesting in director using, easy to operator, Some more, the friendly user interface make me pleasure. But what I am saying this is before the flash cs3 launched. What beautiful the flash cs3! If you not try it so far, quick to get it and have the incredible experience, believe me.
If you’re an experienced user with flash go to director I think there will be no big problem to get it on hand.
I have bit experience with flash, some of the features of director similar to flash.
For example the time line control, etc. But more visualized compare with flash ,Director MX 2004 actually make it easy to control.
But when we started to learn scripting I realized that really not make me happy.
At first I was in a daze and could not understand what was going on,
However, Can not get the picture.
Actually I have a book in Chinese which is import from Tai Wan, it cost me $60 The book is filled with remarkable insights, In this book the writer gives to us a lot of useful advises for leaning scripting with amazing skills, And also in this book has discover helpful insights into how lingo works and how to use it more effectively. I hope I will read it thoroughly must one day.
But fortunately we are graphic design students, the programming part not the must have ability anyway, I think a bit knowledge about the programming good enough for us. Especially for the person like me who lack of logical thinking,
Most important of all, you have to know what it is, that is all , am I right?
start with one of the two tools flash or director or both , you can get much more better for you design career, and you could be the multi-skill hype bird, what is more you will easy to get job now days. This advantage may help to build up your self-confidence, but you also have to carefully, make sure you’ll have good enough time to play with it, then just do it as much as you like.

Photoshop CS3的新东西

和Dreamweaver CS3一样，Photoshop CS3的零碎儿（组件）够多的，很多陌生的面孔，跟娱乐圈生产明星似的，呵呵
　界面：　　
　　起初一直认为Photoshop CS3的界面会参照Premiere Pro 2等视、音频软件，看样子不是那么回事。
　　Photoshop CS3最大的改变是工具箱，变成可伸缩的，可为长单条和短双条。
　　工具箱上的快速蒙版模式和屏幕切换模式也改变了切换方法。
　　工具箱多了快速选择工具Quick Selection Tool，应该魔术棒的快捷版本，可以不用任何快捷键进行加选，像绘画一样选择区域，非常神奇。当然选项栏也有新、加、减三种模式可选。
　　所有的选择工具都包含重新定义选区边缘(Refine Edge)的选项，比如定义边缘的半径，对比度，羽化程度等等，可以对选区进行收缩和扩充。另外还有多种显示模式可选，比如快速蒙版模式和蒙版模式等，非常方便。举例来说，您做了一个简单的羽化，可以直接预览和调整不同羽化值的效果。
　　ImageReady彻底挂了，看来以后要推Fireworks CS3。大家应该记得我在评论Photoshop CS2的时候就说过，ImageReady CS2的大部分功能，除了制作翻转按钮和热区，都已转移到了Photoshop中，当时的ImageReady CS2其实就已经被淘空了，摆设而已。
　　调板可以缩为精美的图标，有点儿像CorelDraw的泊坞窗，或者像Flash的面板收缩状态，不过相比之下这个更酷，两层的收缩，感觉超棒！
　　多了一个“克隆（仿制）源”调板，是和仿制图章配合使用的，允许有多个克隆源，就好像Word有多个剪贴版内容一样。另外克隆源可以进行重叠预览。
　　动画面板除了多个可有可无的上一帧、下一帧的菜单外，没有什么特别的更新，只是原来在ImageReady中直接存为Flash Swf格式的选项不知道跑到哪里了。

There are few new interesting things:

#3 The Multi User Server will be replaced with to Flash Communication Server. I do not know if this is good or bad. However all of the MUS will still work just fine. And I think that people will use it as well as the FCS (Flash Communication Server).
